Wine and food tasting and Walking in Vineyard
For those who want to know our wines and our passion for viticulture we organize wine and oil tastings and visits to the vineyard.
We will lead you to the discovery of our wines and oils and their history.
A unique experience to discover not only our passion for wine but also the history of Puglia's viticulture.

With us, winemakers from 4 generations, you will discover the secrets of the art of growing vines;

We will taste 4 of our wines produced with our Apulian grapes;

With each wine we will taste a typical Apulian appetizer, homemade.

The cooking lessons
For those who love to cook and those who love to eat, we propose an afternoon to learn about our home cooked cuisine. A way of understanding how the traditional dishes of Puglia were born.
With mother Beatrice and Vitina you will prepare the most famous dishes of the cuisine of Puglia: focaccia, bread, broad bean puree, orecchiette pasta, veal rolls in tomato sauce and a lot of others.
You will have the chance to touch the doughs, to discover the secrets of the housewives, to learn to make orecchiette by hand and much more. Culminating at the dinner of the dishes prepared in the class and cooked in the wood fired oven.
We will give you our recipes with the secrets of my mother Beatrice’s cooking (you will find it here in PDF) and on the evening there will be a little surprise.

The breakfast
If you would like we can supply you with all of the products for a healthy and genuine Italian breakfast.
Each evening we would deliver to you a basket with all of the products for breakfast the following morning:

milk or yoghurt

jams that are homemade with the farms fruit

fresh seasonal fruit and fruit juices
-
homemade cakes and specialities from trusted pastry shops
-
fresh bread and other specialities of Puglia
The cost is only € 4 per person for breakfast.
By request we can supply high quality products for coeliacs.
In your trullo you will find everything that you need to prepare your breakfast: tea cups, coffee cups, glasses, plates, knives and forks: the electric oven for heating the bread and pastries, the kettle for the tea and the moka for the coffee.

The Apulian dinner
The dinner that we propose is not only a dinner with our family, but is prepared by Alessandro and mother Beatrice in the best way for you to taste the food of Puglia, a simple cuisine but rich in tastes and smells.
You will taste, together with us, a unique dinner understanding the genuine ingredients, the dishes served and their history. The products used to produce these dishes will be from our own farm and from other farms nearby and will only be of the season. We will use our wood fired oven to give an unmistakeable taste to our dishes.
It is not a meal like other, but rather something unmissable, and only for our guests!
We will serve the dinner in your trullo or a few metres away within the property.

During your holiday or when you have just returned home you can taste the products of our farm bought directly from us. Also our vegetable garden and herbs are available to you during your holiday.

For those who love walking or biking and enjoy the tranquillity of the Apulia countryside, here we will show you the best routes. Also for those passionate about cycling we offer two alternatives for hiring a bike that is right for you.
The Itria Valley with it’s dry stone walls, it’s green hills and it’s breathtaking landscapes is perfect for being in the open air. Following you will find the best itineraries for exploring it by bike or on foot.
You can rent two kind of bikes for your holiday:

For the domestic animals
Our hospitality extends to those who love their pets and don’t want to be away from them especially during their holiday.
Small, medium and large dogs, and other domestic animals are all welcome at our trulli. We ask only that the tranquillity of all of our other quests is safeguarded but we are sure that your domestic animals will be welcomed by all.
We will suggest contact details for a veterinary surgery, animal shop, pet parlour and an animal friendly beach.
Horse and carriage ride
A beautiful way to discover the Itria Valley is in a carriage drawn by magnificent white horses: a ride from another time.
In the carriage, with your family or as a couple, you will discover the charm of our country roads, of our unique landscapes and our little towns of dreams. A really amazing experience experience in a carriage drawn by magnificent white Lipizzano horses.
Boat hire
Hire a boat or a rubber dinghy, take an excursion on the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the water sports.
