We work at always being clear with all of our guests. Following are the lists of the general conditions of your stay unless you have an agreed change with us.
What is included:

costs and taxes of the rental;

towels, bed linen, tea towels and table linen with a weekly change;

consumption of the electricity, water and gas for the kitchen;

initial and final cleaning;
-
use of the communal laundry;
-
hairdryers;
-
access to the swimming pool from May until the middle of October without closing times; sun beds and umbrellas;
-
use of the ping pong table and childrens playground;
-
use of the barbecue with the wood and grills supplied by us;
-
use of the produce from our vegetable garden based on what is in season (fruit, tomatoes, rocket, parsley, basil, herbs and a lot more);
-
the stay of your pets;
-
cot and highchair for your child (by request);
-
the use of the Wi-Fi internet connection;
-
NETFLIX films and series catalog in HD on your TV.
What is not included:

breakfast (discover more) is available only on request at the added cost of Euro 4 per night per person;

the cost of the central heating which amounts to Euro 10 per night per trullo;
-
wood for fireplace of your trullo at Euro 5 per night;
-
extra change of linen, available at Euro 15;
-
extra cleaning, available at Euro 25;
-
transfer to the Bari or Brindisi Airports costs Euro 60 each way for 4 people;

On your arrival you will find lots of our products to welcome you
A bottle of wine and extra virgin olive oil from our farm, vinegar and spices such as pepper and chilli; coffee, sugar and salt; paper serviettes and toilet paper; hand soap, dishwashing liquid, sponges and cloths.
Methods of booking
With credit card (obligatory for online bookings).
With a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay at the time of the booking.
Penality for cancellation
Please note that following conditions are applied to all bookings managed directly from Trulli Il Castagno. The reservations cancellation must be communicate by email to trulli.ilcastagno@gmail.com.

Until 10 th day before arrival date: 30% of renting rate;

Until 1 st day before arrival date, in the event of a no-show or booking reduction (after arrival date): 100% of renting rate.
Cancellation is always free of charge in case of new restrictions due to COVID-19. In this case you will also receive a discount voucher to be used for your next holiday in Trulli il Castagno.​
