Pugno di Olive

We present our extra virgin olive oil: Pugno di olive (Fistful of olives). 
 It is the extra virgin olive oil from our olive grove. A multicultural oil from typical Apulian varieties: lecina, oliva rossa, nociara and cima di melfi: all Apulian variety of olives. The olive harvest is at the beginning of November and the pressing in the mill in a few hours from the harvest is carried out cold and mechanically. 
 The result is a pure and authentic olive juice. A golden green, fruity, intense oil with an excellent balance between bitter and spicy.
