ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Typical wine, straw yellow in colour with greenish nuances. Fine, definite and elegant perlage. Delicate and intense bouquet, with prevailing hints of fruit and white flowers. The taste is the classic taste of the vine, with a prevailing green apple taste. The citric acid scent is clean and intense, and is accompanied by a strong mineral note.
PRODUCER'S ADVICE
This is a great choice as an aperitif, but the processing and the complexity of the product also make it suitable to accompany meals.
Taste it with croutons and mushroom mousse!
