1929 Nero di Troia
A new adventure that starts from afar and goes back to the origins!
Our 1929 Nero di Troia Natural Wine is a red wine that starts from the Apulian winemaking tradition and the intrinsic naturalness of the wine.
The peculiar characteristics of this wine-experience range from the vineyard to the table:
- manual harvesting of small quantities from our Nero di Troia vineyard;
- pressing within 4 hours of harvesting;
- light pressing to collect only the flower of the must;
- slow fermentation without the use of added yeasts;
- fermentation in ancient terracotta anphora: the "caposon";
- no filtration of the wine and possible presence of natural deposits;
- no addition of sulfur dioxide;
- certified wine "free from pesticides"
- 1 liter bottle with screw cap

Tasting notes
From Alfredo Neglia, somellier and owner of the wine shop "La bottega di Alfredo" in Locorotondo:
"The Natural Wine 1929 Nero di Troia is evidently very young and for this reason it is drunk with pleasant pleasure with a memory of unripe red fruit and therefore also to be drunk fresh in summer, perhaps with swordfish, octopus or tuna. I used a risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms and a cut to avoid engaging him with recipes with more character. "
